The Alternative Products-Quarterly Data Report (AP-QDR) is an electronic spreadsheet that contains not only the top 90 or so second lien lenders and servicers every quarter, but the top funders of other non-conforming and 'alternative' mortgage products: alt-A, payment option ARMs, interest only loans, and jumbo mortgages.
