Mortgage Technology Awards

Entries for Mortgage Technology Magazine's annual awards may be submitted through June 30 of each year

AWARD CATEGORIES

Faxed or print entires will NOT be accepted. Entry forms with supplementary documentation must be submitted through this form. Additional supplementary documentation should be emailed to anthony.garritano@sourcemedia.com.

After entries have been reviewed, three finalists in each award category will be notified and asked to submit any further documentation and testimonials supporting their nominations. Winner will be selected by Mortgage Technology's panel of judges and announced in the October issue of the magazine.

Entering companies must answer the following questions briefly but completely. Entries are limited to two cateogories in any given year.

SELECT A MAXIMUM OF TWO CATEGORIES:

The Customer-Focused Lender Award goes to the lender that uses technology to provide a better, more transparent process for borrowers.
The Fix-It Award goes to a technology tool providing an effective solution for a particular industry problem, need or channel.
The Green Originator Award goes to the lender that has used technology to createa paperless origination process in an effort to further both business and help the environment.
The Innovative Lender Award goes to the lender that doesn't just use technology to follow the market, but to both innovate and lead the market of the future.
The Lasting Impact Award goes to an individual, group or company responsible for a technology intiative or development that has proven to have had a lasting impact on mortgage lending.
The Release of the Year Award goes to the launch of a new technology product, platform, alliance or initiative that seems likely to have the broadest impact on mortgage lending going forward.
The Servicer of the Year Award goes to the servicer that uses technology to ensure effective communications with borrowers, attorneys and lenders, and has enabled the optimal servicing of mortgage loans as a result.
The Steve Fraser Award goes to an outstanding mortgage technology innovator, visionary or evangelizer.
The Synergy Award will go to technology initiatives and alliance that show exemplary interoperability in a production setting to advance the cause of automation and e-commerce.
The 10X Award is given to a company, product or technology application having an exponential impact on mortgage lending.
